Your life has started anew! You have the natural life given to
you by God, but by means of the Sacrament of Baptism you also gain the Supernatural Life which is the greatest gift from God. It means being able to live with him in happiness forever!
We start living our supernatural life here on earth, by
means of the Sacraments. They are all meant to prepare us for the final
end of supernatural life, which is eternal joy in God! There are seven
Sacraments:
- Baptism: New birth, this is how you gain supernatural life on earth.
- Confirmation: Strengthening of the supernatural life in you.
- Eucharist: Food for the growth of your supernatural life on earth.
- Matrimony: Special supernatural grace for those called to holy supernatural love.
- Holy Orders: Special grace to serve as Deacon or Priest of the Supernatural Life.
- Confession: Heals illnesses of the supernatural life (you loose your supernatural life when you commit mortal sin, confession restores it).
- Annointing of the Sick: Heals illness of the body and spirit.
